Frey Consulting Group is seeking a Quality Control Technician to inspect materials, products, and production work to ensure they meet company standards. This hands-on role includes basic testing, documentation, and collaboration with teammates.

Training and support will be provided to help the right candidate become confident in the position. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and emphasize growth within quality and production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required/possible
• Prior quality control, manufacturing, production, or inspection experience welcomed but not required
• Willingness to learn company procedures and quality standards
• Comfortable using basic tools and a computer
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable, organized, and able to work well with others
• No advanced technical background is required; training can be provided

Responsibilities

• Inspect materials, products, and completed work for quality and consistency.
• Perform basic inspections, measurements, and quality tests using available tools and equipment.
• Compare products with company guidelines, samples, specifications, or instructions.
• Record inspection results, measurements, and any issues found.
• Report quality concerns and work with team members to help resolve them.
• Recheck products after corrections to make sure they meet requirements.
• Keep inspection records and other quality documents organized.
• Use a computer for basic data entry, reports, email, and quality records.
• Keep inspection tools clean and report any equipment problems.
