Job summary

Brady Sullivan Properties is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join the Warren team. The role focuses on diagnosing problems and performing repairs across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, and appliances to uphold property standards.

The position requires at least 2 years of related experience, own tools, reliable transportation, and a readiness for on-call rotations, outdoor work in cold weather, and lifting up to 50 lbs. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

At least 2 years in a similar maintenance role.
Own tools and reliable transportation required.
Criminal background will be checked.
Hardworking and trustworthy.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in cold conditions.

Responsibilities

Handles service requests for repairs and improvements.
Prepares vacant apartments to market-ready conditions.
Performs non-technical tasks such as cleaning, caulking, painting and lock repair.
Maintains interior/exterior and common areas of the apartment community.
On-call emergency maintenance rotation required.
Shoveling snow; complete other tasks as assigned.
Assist with construction and build-out of communities.
