• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers with planning, tracking and execution of customer and operational projects.
• Maintain project schedules, action item trackers and documentation.
• Collect, analyze and organize project data to support decisions and reporting.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and Operations to gather updates.
• Assist with process mapping, workflow analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support implementation and standardization of project management processes and best practices.
• Prepare reports, presentations and updates for stakeholders.
• Gain hands-on experience from initiation to completion of business-critical projects.
