Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Production Line Technician to support daily manufacturing operations. You will operate production lines, assist with line setups, and work with maintenance to ensure safe, efficient production and quality output.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of equipment, machinery and hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective verbal and written communication; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate production lines and assist with daily production activities.
• Collaborate with supervision to coordinate schedules and maximize efficiency.
• Monitor line performance and help resolve issues to minimize downtime.
• Set up equipment, adjust lines, and perform changeovers as needed.
• Ensure raw materials and components are available and properly staged.
• Support maintenance with basic troubleshooting and repairs.
• Document downtime and maintain production records.
• Train and coach team members on line operations and safety procedures.
• Inspect finished products for quality and customer specs.
