Interns typically work 40 hours weekly and may face early shifts or weekend work. The role emphasizes learning through hands‑on supervision of a staff of 15–30 and analyzing production processes against specifications.

Qualifications

• Must graduate in August 2027, December 2027, or May 2028 and major in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, Agribusiness, Management, Industrial Management, or related field with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to the job responsibilities of a full‑time Team Leader
• Review production processes against the current Process Specification Summary
• Assist Team Leaders with information gathering to optimize performance
• Document job descriptions for key positions, identifying major accountabilities
• Assist with the supervision of a staff of approximately 15-30 employees
• The position is very hands‑on - interns are usually in the production area “on‑their‑feet” about 80% of the shift

Education
