Qualifications

• 3 years cross-functional plastics industry experience.
• 3 years leadership experience managing direct reports.
• 3 years cross-functional problem solving.
• 3 years manufacturing mixing, blending, extrusion.

Responsabilités

• Assist in coordinating area activities in absence of Supervisor.
• Prioritize team efforts to meet quality and shipment deadlines.
• Ensure staff follow procedures for machinery operation and material handling.
• Lead in SAP procedures and process documentation.
• Maintain safe work practices and housekeeping; report safety issues.
