Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience leading a team in a production setting preferred.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline leadership and support to the production team.
• Balance leadership with hands-on participation in production.
• Ensure flow of work and proper job rotation on the line.
• Train team members and ensure understanding of responsibilities.
• Maintain production metrics and records; participate in performance reviews and salary planning.
• Uphold safety, ergonomics, and ISO quality standards.
