Job summary

International Gamco, Inc. is hiring Production Associates for a full-time manufacturing role in Omaha, NE. You will support multiple production stages, finish, packaging, and material handling, learning various equipment and processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent is preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic math and data-entry skills; ability to read specifications.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and safety rules.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Flexibility to cross-train and handle varying tasks and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform production and finishing tasks including collating, cutting, folding, labeling, and packaging.
• Operate and assist with production and finishing equipment; monitor product flow.
• Load/unload, stage, and organize raw materials and finished products.
• Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and labeling per specs.
• Assemble cartons, prepare packaging materials, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Support shipping, receiving, inventory control and material tracking.
• Complete basic production records and data-entry accurately.
• Cross-train across functions to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow procedures; comply with safety rules.
