Nesco Resource, LLC is seeking a hands-on Product Development Engineer to join a growing Tulsa manufacturing organization. You will guide concepts from initial design through prototyping and into production, coordinating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to deliver robust, manufacturable products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field.
• Experience in product development and mechanical design.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and design for manufacturability (DFM).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new products, mechanical components, and assemblies for industrial applications.
• Improve existing designs for performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost.
• Create and maintain 3D models, drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.
• Support prototype builds, test and validate designs, and transition to production.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, and other engineering teams.
• Analyze test results and implement design improvements.
• Evaluate product costs and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
