Job summary

Procter & Gamble is seeking an entry-level researcher in Cincinnati to join the Feminine Care product team. You will perform hands-on lab and consumer tests, prototype development, and data-driven analyses to ensure product performance meets design intent and quality standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration across Analytical, Process & Formulation, Material Science and Design teams, with opportunities to work with R&D partners across North America, Greater China and Europe.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Science, Engineering or related field or a High School diploma with relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint) is required.
• Available to work 8am–4pm at P&G Winton Hill Business Office, 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Technical Product Assessment: conduct hands-on lab and sensory experiments to evaluate product performance.
• Consumer Research: plan and execute qualitative and quantitative studies.
• Product Prototyping: build prototypes for consumer show tests and in-use studies.
• Technical Documentation & Insights: document and summarize technical and consumer data to support decisions.
• Method Development: develop test protocols relevant to consumer perception of product benefits.
• Collaborate with team to maximize impact and learning.
