Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Physical Sciences, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
• Laboratory experiments, accurate record-keeping, and interpretation of data from doctoral research or related experience.
• Apply scientific fundamentals to defined problems and draw well-supported conclusions.
• Clear written, verbal, and visual communication with cross-functional partners.
• Demonstrated learning agility, attention to detail, and ability to deliver priorities on time.

Responsibilities

• Translate consumer, product, or business questions into experiments and analyses with guidance from experienced scientists.
• Execute and improve fluid-management methods measuring acquisition, distribution, retention, rewet, and leakage.
• Collect, organize, analyze, and interpret fluid, chemical, materials, or product-performance data and identify trends.
• Contribute to method development, validation, troubleshooting, digitization, and transfer activities including automation and data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute measurement plans and provide scientific evidence for decisions.
• Maintain safe, organized, and compliant lab practices and data integrity.
• Build technical capability through coaching and hands-on experience.
