Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Hardware Integration & Test Engineer to support integration, testing, validation, and troubleshooting of power conversion modules and electrical systems. You will work in a lab and production environment with hands-on hardware and test equipment, interfacing with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

The ideal candidate has experience in power electronics troubleshooting, reading schematics, and performing root-cause investigations to ensure reliable system performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical hardware testing, integration, or troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting power electronics or electrical power systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Support integration, testing, validation, and troubleshooting of power conversion modules and electrical systems in lab and production environments.
• Work closely with hardware and test equipment to ensure reliable performance of power electronic assemblies.
