Job summary

SR2 | Socially Responsible Recruitment | Certified B Corporation™ is seeking a Power Electronics Engineer to design and develop high‑performance power electronics for autonomous systems. This hands‑on role takes products from concept through schematic capture, PCB layout in Altium, bring‑up, validation and system integration.

You will design switch‑mode power supplies, motor drives, EMI/EMC investigations, and perform SPICE simulations and thermal analyses, collaborating with firmware and

Qualifications

• Three years of experience designing switch‑mode power supplies or power conversion hardware.
• Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout in Altium Designer.
• Hands‑on experience bringing up and debugging power electronics.
• Familiarity with SPICE tools (LTSpice, PSIM, SIMPLIS).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline required.

Responsibilities

• Design high‑efficiency DC/DC converters and motor drive circuits.
• Perform EMI/EMC investigations and thermal analyses.
• Create multi‑layer mixed‑signal PCBs in Altium Designer.
• Bind hardware designs through bring‑up, validation and system integration.
