Job summary

JSK Recruiting, Inc is seeking a hands-on Plant Manager for an Addison, IL precision machining operation. You will lead shop floor operations across about 60 employees on three shifts, working on the floor with operators, leads, and department heads to drive efficiency and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years CNC machining, grinding or similar manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of machining and tight tolerances.
• Experience leading teams across multiple shifts and departments.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day shop floor operations across all shifts.
• Oversee and develop operators and department leads.
• Train and develop operators; build documentation and SOPs.
• Drive shop floor efficiency and implement systems and tools.
• Collaborate with scheduling to align capacity with routing.
