Job summary

Alamance Foods, Inc. seeks a Plant Engineer – Facilities & Utilities to support the Facilities Manager across multiple manufacturing locations.

This hands-on role focuses on engineering, facilities, utilities, maintenance, and capital projects to keep operations safe, compliant, and productive. You will collaborate with maintenance, engineering, production, quality, safety, and contractors to plan and execute improvements, manage utilities, and drive reliability initiatives in a fast-paced food

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, facilities or plant engineering preferred.
• Experience working with contractors, vendors, and maintenance teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Facilities Manager with daily facilities, utilities, maintenance, and engineering activities.
• Coordinate contractor activities, track progress, and ensure on-schedule project completion.
• Assist with planning, scheduling, and executing facility and utility improvement projects.
