Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Graduation from an accredited PTA program (or equivalent training) is required.
• Current California PTA licensure is required (or within six months of hire).
• Current AHA Healthcare Provider CPR card is required.
• Minimum of one year PTA experience preferred.
• Experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Ability to utilize physical therapy equipment safely.
• Ability to relate professionally to patients, physicians, and staff with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with physical therapy procedures under the supervision of the licensed physical therapist.
