Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at Welcome Station with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Support sales and membership growth through consistent processes and knowledgeable guidance.
• Assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management.
• Follow company policies related to pricing and discounts.
• Safety procedures and keeping wash area clean and organized; operate wash equipment safely.
• Communicate effectively with team and management about operational issues.
• Engage with customers to ensure a positive experience and encourage Google reviews; manage member accounts.
• Stock and organize detail centers; maintain inventory accuracy and clean work areas.
• Perform opening and closing duties; maintain tunnel cleanliness and safety.
• Prepare towels and other materials to support daily operations.
