Job summary

Chamberlin + Associates is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold our multifamily communities in top condition. You will manage day-to-day work orders, unit turns, emergency repairs, and preventive maintenance across building systems, delivering a high-quality resident experience.

Ideal candidates have working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work after hours on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or multifamily settings preferred.
• Must be able to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 lbs and working at heights.
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergency maintenance calls on a rotating on-call basis.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders promptly and per company standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, and carpentry issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment per schedule.
• Prepare rent-ready units and assist with property projects as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and shop organization; follow safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
