Job summary

Penmac Staffing is seeking Assembly Workers in the Lincoln, MO area for a hands-on manufacturing role. You will build small electric motors using hand tools and machines in a full-time position.

Schedule is Monday through Thursday, 10-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM) with overtime opportunities. Pay is $16.50 per hour. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers potential client‑employer conversion in a stable production environment.

Qualifications

• Stand for 10–12 hours per shift.
• Lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must be available for full-time hours.
• Experience using small power tools preferred.
• Read and follow written instructions or blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed instructions and blueprints to ensure accuracy
