Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a mill, warehouse, or hands-on labor role.

Responsibilities

• Operate Mill Machinery: Run and care for heavy equipment like the stacker, debarker, edger, and packing/wrapping machines.
• Keep Things Moving: Help with general labor tasks around the mill, including stacking and packaging our quality lumber products.
• Keep a Clean Workspace: Maintain a tidy, orderly environment to ensure everyone stays safe and productive.
• Speak Up: Watch for machinery issues and report them quickly to the Mill Supervisor to prevent downtime.
