Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day manufacturing engineering support for production operations, assembly, and test activities.
Develop and improve manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and work instructions.
Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions for manufacturing issues.
Support DFx (Design for Manufacturability/Assembly) for new products into production.
Plan, execute, and analyze tests to validate processes and product performance.
Drive Lean and continuous improvement to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
