Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years of dealership or vehicle repair facility experience preferred.
• Able to use computer systems for data entry and test documentation.
• Familiarity with hydraulics such as valves, pumps, actuators, and power units.
• Ability to read engineering schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run mechanical and hydraulic test rigs per engineering specs.
• Fabricate fixtures using machining, welding, and hand tools.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic circuits including pumps, valves, hoses, and actuators.
• Maintain a clean, safe lab and perform routine equipment calibration.
• Document setups, observations, and results; communicate with engineers and QA.
