Qualifications

• Good mechanical skills and practical aptitude for hands-on work.
• Working knowledge of common mechanical tools and equipment.
• Basic shop math and ability to read simple dimensions.
• Blueprint reading and interpretation of drawings.
• Experience with cranes and forklifts is a plus.
• Ability to follow BOMs, shipping docs and parts lists.
• Self-motivated with problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble mechanical components.
• Document daily activities and maintain records.
• Operate cranes and forklifts safely in daily tasks.
• Perform cleaning, grinding, painting and related work.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and housekeeping.
• Complete maintenance request forms when needed.
• Report unsafe acts or conditions to management.
