The team aims to keep production running smoothly and safely in a fast-paced environment. Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of mechanical assembly experience, read blueprints, and can perform basic math with measuring tools.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Reads and interprets blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
• Uses hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Performs basic mathematical calculations and uses measuring tools accurately.
• Basic understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Assemble machines, equipment, subassemblies, and components per drawings and specs.
• Follow established assembly processes and job progression steps.
• Fasten components using hand tools, bolts, screws, and other hardware.
• Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Read and utilize Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Work independently and collaborate with team members.
• Participate in Lean, Kaizen, and 6S initiatives to improve efficiency.
