Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Technical Trainer to deploy workforce development initiatives across manufacturing, including sheet metal fabrication, powder coating, and modular data center assembly. You will drive onboarding, SOPs, safety protocols, and hands-on instruction to ensure high-quality production and strong employee retention.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into hands-on training.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for diverse audiences.
• Ability to design scalable, long-term training programs.
• Experience instructing at all employee development levels.

Responsibilities

• Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and standardize training.
• Hands-on technical training focused on electrical and wiring proficiency and related processes.
• Create and update training materials and manage records and certifications.
• Assess employee skills with practical tests and certifications.
• Collaborate with department managers and corporate Learning & Development.
• Support retention through clear growth opportunities and recognition.
• Lead onboarding to ensure new hires are effective from day one.
