Neogen in Lansing, MI seeks a Team Leader–Manufacturing to develop timelines, assign deliverables, report on progress, and coordinate daily operations in a hands-on supervisory role.

This onsite position on the Day Shift (Fri–Sun, 6:00 am–6:30 pm) involves leading the production team, operating key equipment, coaching staff, and serving as the liaison between the Manufacturing Manager and machine operators to hit production targets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing teams and coordinating daily production tasks.
• Strong communication and liaison skills between management and operators.
• Hands-on leadership with ability to operate or supervise use of manufacturing equipment.

Responsabilités

• Lead and participate in the execution of daily production tasks.
• Operate and support key manufacturing equipment.
• Serve as a hands-on operator while coordinating team efforts.
• Liaise between Manufacturing Manager and operators to ensure clear communication.
• Schedule team activities in line with production planning requirements.
• Supervise and support team members in day-to-day operations.
• Provide backup coverage for team members when required.
• Identify training needs and provide coaching.
