Carter Architectural Millwork, a division of Carter Lumber, is seeking proactive, dependable manufacturing team members for a variety of production roles in our Millersburg facility. You will gain hands-on experience in machine operation, cabinet assembly, casework, and custom millwork while upholding safety, quality, and craftsmanship standards.

We value detail-oriented, hands-on candidates who enjoy building quality products and are eager to grow within a skilled manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Prev. manufacturing or woodworking experience preferred.
• Ability to read basic work instructions and drawings.
• Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
• Stand/walk/bend and lift materials for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Operate machinery, forklifts, power tools, and hand tools safely to support production and material movement.
• Assist with machine operation, cabinet assembly, casework assembly, custom millwork fabrication, and general shop production tasks.
• Prepare, stage, and organize materials, parts, tools, and supplies for daily operations.
• Assemble cabinetry, casework, countertops, and architectural millwork products to meet project specs.
• Read and follow shop instructions, drawings, labels, work orders, and direction from production leadership.
• Conduct routine visual inspections of materials, equipment, and finished products for quality and safety.
• Collaborate across production, assembly, finishing, shipping, and warehouse to meet schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safe working conditions.
• Follow safety protocols and report incidents or hazards promptly.
• Support continuous improvement to safety, quality, workflow, and efficiency.
