Job summary

Dynamic Sealing Technologies (DSTI) of Andover, MN is seeking a full-time Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee assembly/test, shipping/receiving and maintenance areas. This hands-on leadership role requires spending the majority of time on the production floor driving execution and developing the team.

The position emphasizes real-time issue resolution, coaching, and continuous improvement to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets on a day-to-day basis in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Epicor ERP.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost goals.
• Maintain a visible presence on the production floor and support accountability and teamwork.
• Coach and develop team members through feedback and training.
• Conduct daily huddles and team meetings to communicate priorities and safety requirements.
• Plan and monitor production activities to meet customer commitments.
• Address issues related to safety, quality, staffing, equipment, or schedule attainment.
• Ensure staffing, equipment, materials, and documentation are available for efficient operations.
• Collaborate with Planning, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to resolve challenges.
