Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Full-time student with GPA 3.0+ (4.0 scale).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with CAD software and technical drawings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing engineering projects that improve product quality, operational efficiency, or manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams.
• Assist with the creation, revision, and maintenance of manufacturing documentation, work instructions, drawings, and BOMs.
• Analyze data, investigate issues, and help identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities to support manufacturing operations.
• Support implementation of engineering changes, process updates, and other operational initiatives.
• Gain exposure to tools, systems, and processes used in a manufacturing environment.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
