Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work full-time (40 hours) per week in-person.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical expertise in production of Emerson products.
• Select, design or recommend tools, fixtures, and equipment.
• Develop manufacturing processes to reduce problems and costs.
• Recommend design changes to improve quality and reduce costs.
• Solve production problems and improve process capabilities.
• Participate in test result presentations and design reviews.
• Collaborate with other functions, vendors, and customers.
• Assist in administering technical procedures and change authorizations.
• Support capacity modeling and lean initiatives; may join lean six sigma teams.
• May interact with teammates across global locations.
