You'll work with engineering and production teams to analyze processes, support tooling and workflow layouts, collect data, and learn about leaf spring design and heat-treating processes while earning $25/hr in the US base rate.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and lean manufacturing concepts.
• Proficiency with CAD tools and data analysis applications is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, complemented by effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• A proactive attitude with an eagerness to learn and adapt within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Support the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing tools, equipment, and workflow layouts tailored to specific production requirements.
• Assist in collecting and analyzing manufacturing data to troubleshoot process issues and recommend solutions to enhance product reliability and consistency.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align engineering initiatives with production goals and quality standards.
• Document process changes and update manufacturing instructions to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• Engage in continuous learning and development activities to build manufacturing engineering expertise and professional skills.
