The role focuses on solving production challenges and deploying practical improvements on the shop floor to boost safety, quality, and productivity. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a similar environment, familiarity with Lean practices and CAD/3D modeling, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience in fabrication, welding, assembly, or similar manufacturing environment.
• Experience improving manufacturing processes through Lean principles, tooling and fixture design, CAD/3D modeling, and manufacturing systems.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with production teams to solve manufacturing challenges.
• Design tooling, fixtures, and processes that improve safety, quality, and productivity.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
• Support new product launches and ensure products are designed for manufacturability.
• Design and implement process improvements throughout manufacturing.
• Recommend new equipment and manufacturing technologies that support continuous improvement.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to build better products and better processes.
