Job summary

Modular Mission Critical is seeking a Manufacturing Assembler to support assembly, inspection, packaging and movement of products and materials at the Richmond, VA site. You will work with teammates to meet production goals while upholding high quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include assembling subassemblies, using hand and power tools, inspecting outputs, and maintaining production records. Overtime and shifts may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, production, distribution, or industrial experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products, components, or subassemblies according to work instructions, specifications, and production schedules.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, machinery, and production equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality.
• Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or process concerns to supervisors.
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment or storage.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation as required.
• Follow manufacturing processes, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
• Assist with material handling, inventory movement, and workstation organization.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
