Morgan Properties is hiring a part-time Service Technician for our 120-unit community in Grove City, Ohio. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance, and general maintenance tasks, make ready vacant units, and maintain grounds and common areas.

You will report to the Service Manager and Property Manager. This role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, customer service, and teamwork in a multi-tenant setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance skills across multiple trades.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Complete work orders and service requests within 24 hours.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliance, and pool issues.
• Make ready vacant units, including repairs, painting, cleaning, carpet cleaning, and trash removal.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine equipment checks.
• Install and maintain smoke detectors and fire extinguishers.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, including snow removal and salting when needed.
• Test locks and key sets, and keep all keys secure.
