Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs carpentry, electrical, basic plumbing, and installation of appliances and fixtures.
• Receives written work orders or verbal instructions from supervisor.
• Paints interior and exterior walls and trim.
• Repairs parking lot and sidewalks with asphalt and concrete.
• Operates pressure wash equipment for parking lots and sidewalks.
• Maintains and repairs plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems; replaces worn parts.
• Installs light fixtures and outlets.
• Maintains and repairs wood parts of buildings.
• Replaces worn parts in machines and equipment.
• Assists other departments with moving furniture and supplies.
