Qualifications

• 1 year of general maintenance or handyman experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building systems.
• Complete work orders efficiently, including plumbing, electrical repairs.
• Prepare and clean vacant apartments for new residents.
