Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Manage maintenance budgets and inventory of supplies.
• Schedule, communicate and follow up on work assigned to outside vendors.
