Job summary

Gemini Industries, Inc. in El Reno, OK, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our on-site maintenance team at a wood coatings facility. This is a working supervisor role with hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and direction of two technicians to keep production equipment reliable and safe.

You will manage preventive maintenance, coordinate with production leadership, and ensure compliance with OSHA, LOTO, and chemical handling procedures in a chemical manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in industrial maintenance, chemical/manufacturing preferred.
• 2+ years leading a maintenance team.
• Strong electrical & mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with PLCs, sensors, and control panels or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on maintenance and repairs on production equipment.
• Supervise two technicians and prioritize daily work.
• Maintain PM program and track maintenance history.
• Ensure OSHA, LOTO and chemical handling safety compliance.
• Coordinate with production and vendors for reliability.
