Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in industrial plant maintenance.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, steam and water systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the maintenance department and personnel.
• Supervises 20 mechanics and 7 porters/custodians.
• Maintains preventive maintenance programs and safety adherence.
• Ensures timely diagnostics and quality of repairs.
• Reports to Maintenance Manager and coordinates plant upkeep.
