Job summary

Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our Willoughby, OH facility. This leadership role oversees maintenance and facility support to support safety, quality, and production performance.

You will manage a team, drive preventive and predictive maintenance, and partner with Production to balance reliability with costs. The ideal candidate has extensive maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing and a strong troubleshooting background.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of maintenance management experience.
Minimum of 10 years of overall work experience in a related field.
Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance systems.
Experience supervising maintenance planning and scheduling and estimating.
Strong troubleshooting capabilities.
Experience leading and developing employees within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance and facility operations to support safety, quality, and production.
Drive equipment reliability through hands-on guidance and troubleshooting.
Develop and coach the maintenance team and plan staffing and development.
Champion safety and workplace standards across the maintenance organization.
Drive continuous improvement with data, metrics, and new technologies.
