Job summary

Qualifications

• The candidate must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Preferred high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified lift operator training required upon hire.
• Ability to self-direct in completing minor work orders.
• Experience with heavy equipment operation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders for windows, repairs, and installations.
• Install and assemble office/classroom furniture and equipment.
• Assist in carpentry, roofing, framing, drywall, and floor installation.
• Assist with concrete forms, pouring, and finishing for sidewalks and slabs.
• Perform demolition and general repairs; assist CMU block repairs.
• Move and set up furniture and equipment for events.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and safety meetings.
