Job summary

Enerpac Tool Group offers a Machinist Apprentice program designed to develop precision manufacturing skills from the ground up. You will shadow experienced machinists, learn setup and operation of manual and CNC equipment, and gain exposure to blueprint reading and quality inspection.

You will progress from foundational tasks to more advanced work, building a solid path toward a skilled machinist career in a global manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or in progress.
• Willingness to learn, dependable attendance, attention to detail and safety compliance.
• No prior machining experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on exposure to the machinist trade through job shadowing and guided practice.
• Learn safe machining practices, production standards and proven techniques.
• Set up and operate manual and CNC mills, lathes, and multi‑axis machines.
• Read blueprints, process sheets, work instructions and basic specs.
• Use precision measuring tools to inspect parts and ensure quality.
