Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn complex machinery.
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic math skills and ability to read measuring devices.
• Ability to understand and follow safety rules, work instructions, and production documentation.
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn production systems.
• Ability to work day or night shifts and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and assist with industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Perform machine setup and adjustments according to production specifications.
• Read and follow production orders, schedules, and documentation.
• Load raw materials and monitor machine performance during production runs.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and report mechanical or process issues.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure finished products meet specifications.
• Record production output and maintenance activities.
