Always There Personnel is hiring a Machine Operator I for our Special Products team in Arlington, TX. This entry-level position supports production on day shift and offers hands-on work in a manufacturing setting, with close supervision and on-the-job training.

You will prepare machines, load parts, inspect finished parts, and maintain a clean, safe work area. Strong attention to detail and basic math are helpful as you learn safety standards and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Entry-level – works under close supervision
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Ability to convert basic weights and measurements
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Problem-solving ability
• Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Prepare machines for production and verify safe operating parameters
• Load and unload parts from machines
• Inspect finished parts for quality
• Repair minor defects as needed
• Clean molds and equipment
• Perform buffing and brush painting
• Use hand tools, including X-Acto knives
• Ensure materials are ready and available for production
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
