Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Mechanically inclined with experience using hand and power tools.
• Able to read and understand blueprints.
• Strong safety awareness and work ethic.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Capable of learning new skills quickly and working with minimal supervision.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the safe and efficient assembly of large parts, tools, and equipment.
• Operate manual and pneumatic hand tools, air tools, hydraulic torque wrenches, hydraulic tensioning devices, hydraulic presses, overhead cranes, and forklifts.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Assist with mechanical testing programs and manufacturing procedures.
• Support production, machine operation, and molding departments as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
