Job summary

KENT Nutrition Group, Inc. is seeking a dependable Machine Operator for our Bow, NH facility. You will operate feed manufacturing equipment and assist with production scheduling, inventory control, and maintenance in a safety-conscious environment.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, 1+ year manufacturing experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift 55 lbs. Forklift operation and passing a drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cGMPs, OSHA safety requirements, HACCP Feed & Safety Plan, and FSMA.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 55 lbs.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate feed manufacturing equipment to process and manufacture feed products.
• Mix and prepare livestock feed according to quality standards for ingredient receiving, production, load-out, and bagging.
• Follow warehouse, loading, and safety procedures, including loading/unloading trucks and safety policies.
• Accurately record and document feed production and assist with production scheduling, inventory planning, and control of ingredients and finished products.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and repairs, general facility work, and maintaining a clean, safe working environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow company policies while promoting safety.
