Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support to manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams.
• Identify, analyze, and improve manufacturing processes using Lean, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies.
• Interpret engineering drawings to support production and troubleshooting.
• Assist with production planning, manpower, and equipment requirements to meet schedules.
