Job summary

Daniels Health & Sharpsmart is seeking a Lead Plant Operator in Sainturtevant, WI to balance leadership with hands-on plant duties. You will unload trucks, operate equipment, process medical waste, troubleshoot issues, and keep the facility running efficiently as the on-shift lead.

You will coach and guide the team, ensure OSHA safety compliance, and drive quality and productivity while maintaining an audit-ready site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising in an industrial setting.
• Hands-on experience in warehouse/manufacturing environments.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-shift lead, coordinating daily production activities and achieving goals.
• Coach, train, and support team members and new hires for safety, quality, and productivity.
• Lead by example and foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented environment.
• Support the Plant Supervisor with daily operations and staffing priorities.
• Promote continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence.
