Job summary

Essential Staffing Solutions is seeking a hands-on Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at a bustling apartment community in Fort Worth, TX. You will supervise make-ready turns, manage work orders, and coordinate vendors to keep budgets in check.

You will train staff, ensure safety and curb appeal, and report to the Property Manager, with weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and potential for temp-to-hire.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years supervising apartment maintenance teams.
• EPA and HVAC certification required; CPO or CAMT is a plus.
• Proficient with Yardi or OneSite for work orders and POs.
• Able to perform physical maintenance duties as needed.
• Valid IDs and successful background check required.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise the maintenance team.
• Manage make-ready board and unit turns.
• Use Yardi, OneSite, or similar software for work orders and P.O.s.
• Coordinate vendors and track maintenance budgets.
• Ensure property safety, curb appeal, and timely repairs.
• Report directly to the Property Manager.
