Job summary

TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a Grounds Crew Lead / Crew Foreman to guide a commercial landscape team in the Greater Cincinnati area. You’ll lead from the front, organize daily tasks, supervise crews, and ensure quality workmanship that reflects the TDG Way.

The role covers lawn maintenance, seasonal services, mulching, planting, and snow removal as needed, with hours from 7am to 4pm, Monday through Friday. Benefits and a competitive pay rate of $21–$24 per hour are included.

Qualifications

• Landscape/Lawn Maintenance experience.
• Experience managing a crew preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on managing a commercial landscape crew.
• Weekly lawn maintenance and mulching.
• Plant and flower installations.
• Weeding flowerbeds and pruning shrubs/trees.
• Shoveling/plowing and clearing ice during winter.
• Prepare grounds for seasonal changes and weather.
